Great condition Hobbit! HUO, no issues. Professionally maintained and serviced. Factory installed play protector from JJP (brand new playfield underneath). Includes a few mods (Bag end, Lior book and barrels, gold coin flippers and action button. Lior monster head upgrades also included but not installed $1000+ of mods.) Came with all factory fixes as well. Mint cosmetic condition except for two tiny specs of paper under playfield protector, nearly impossible hard to see. Prefer local pickup, easy loading out ground level back doors. Priced to sell.
