Very nice example of Lord of the Rings (2005 build), mostly original.
I’m the 3rd owner. The second owner took it in as a trade from the original NIB owner. When I got it it had 1600 lifetime plays on the original ROM, I have since upgraded to 10.0 and added a ColorDMD.
No issues with gameplay. Balrog functions as it should, same with the ring magnet.
Upgrades:
-ColorDMD
-NVRAM
-added ‘Ring’ plates to the speaker grills
-latest 10.0 code installed
Playfield is in really nice shape. Cabinet is as well, with a few minor scuffs and some wear around the left flipper button, which I documented in the photos.
Local sale, cash on glass only, so come play a few games and see for yourself before purchasing. If you want any additional photos or info that I might have forgotten feel free to reach out.
Not looking for trades at this time…I’m only considering selling because Stern upped their production and a few games on order got bumped up.
