Nice shadow machine that I restored back in 2013-2014 with Stage 2 touchup/clearcoat of playfield and mini-playfield by HSA, Mike Chestnut plated ramps, chrome lockdown/side rails/head arms, legs, apron touch up & clearcoat, and black nickel gun plating. I also had Mike Chestnut repair & fully weld the two metal ramps with the diverters (no longer spot welded). I had a machine shop TIG weld the diverter shafts (common failure point on these). I installed a new Bally speaker panel because the restore occurred before Aurich came out with his speaker panel. Once they came out, I also bought Aurich's translite & speaker panel (not installed - still new with film on it & the original speaker panel is included). New CPR plastics set and Mantis stainless steel receiver & playfield arms. I stripped the paint off the head and repainted it, and then installed new "next-gen" BAA side decals, and also painted the inside of the cab. CPU board repairs by Coin-Op Cauldron. Includes original plastics, spare parts, original spare parts bag (unopened), extra aftermarket translite.
I pretty much replaced everything with new that I could get ahold of back when I restored it. Full list of things is in a photo of my spreadsheet - I can email it for a clearer view. The machine hasn't been played much at all since I restored it and I put new batteries in once a year. Haven't put LEDs in, but it would look much brighter with them.
The negatives: it has a chip out of the front (see pics). This could probably be fixed by someone with more talent than me, but I just didn't want to make it worse by trying and had hoped they'd make a cabinet decal set by now. I also just noticed when taking pics for this ad that my GI lighting is out on the backglass and the two wires feeding it have a burn spot on the connector. Probably simple, but I don't feel like messing with it. Lastly, when I put everything back together during my restoration, I feel like I did something simple but incorrect because I have to jack the back legs way up for it to play fast and one of the wire ramps was really hard to install. Not sure if the Mantis playfield arms took out some of the slope, but there's some tweaking that needs to be done to get it perfect. Long story short, I was going to take the machine to Mike Chestnut to do the final tweaking but he sadly passed away before I had the chance.
I'm fully aware that it's worth more than what I'm asking, just would like to break even for an easy cash sale and open up a slot for CCR. Pickup at my office in Nashville, TN which has a loading dock.
