Pretty decent condition overall. Needs a cleaning and shop job. Simple easy stuff I just haven’t gotten to yet; and I have no problem doing those things when I get time as that’s part of the fun of this hobby. But I know I’m eventually selling this game so happy to let the next person tackle this too. $3200 as is or $3600 once it’s clean and smooth like butter. It will clean up and shop out nice.
