This is A very hard to find NOS original 1978 Bally Playboy Playfield It has Never been Installed in a machine. On the right side on the bottom it has CA-1128-164. On the right Bottom it has it is Dated 1978. The Playfield looks very nice But is not Perfect look at all of the pictures. If your Playboy Pinball machine Playfield is Wore and have a nice machine this playfield will make you pinball worth a lot more and look like new again. For a 1978 Bally Playboy pinball machine.
