I'm looking for our second machine! Not in a rush, per se but Spring Break in a couple weeks offers free time, and if the right deal turns up we'll go from there.
The 3 short-list machines my family likes are: Whirlwind, Doctor Who, and Firepower. Obviously the first two are in a different league than FP, and might have to be some kind of player's project to fit our budget, but I'm fine with that! I loved fixing up our first pin (Space Shuttle) and did a bit of just about everything.
I'm waiting to hear back on a Space Station nearby... but while I wait, I figure I should make sure I don't miss the others.
I can roam up to a few hours from Frankfort KY for the right deal. Again, reasonable projects are OK (and maybe even preferable)... If I have to fix stuff I want to get my kids involved this time. So if you're concerned about a good home, rest assured this is for me and my family, I'm coming along in the hobby and not doing this for profit.
