As of December 11, 2019 the World Poker Tournament machine was 100% up and running. Stern sent out a new CPU. Very nice machine with little plays on it.
Mel's Lounge
Local bar that has WPT and very nice pool table. Has a private viewing room for sports game of your choice. Pretty nice local bar with a great bartender (Nancy).
The WPT was off but I was allowed to turn it on. The ball capture coil kept firing upon turn on so I turned the game off. Overall not a bad looking WPT just need some minor work. UPDATE: see comments below!

So I offered owner of Mel's to work on his machine and he took me up on it. As previously stated the machine had a few issues:
Lower Center Pop Bumper wasn't working - Fixed bad diode and now working.
The Jail bars weren't working, kept firing - Fixed this. All it was is dirty optos
Several lights and flashers were out - replaced all burned out bulbs
(Lastly) When achieving multi-ball the game would just continue multi-ball (multi-ball wouldn't end) - This is a known issue with the CPU board as per Stern Bulletin #163. Sent board into Stern to have this fixed and am waiting on board to be returned (hopefully by end of July 2019.
Game itself is in very nice condition and I cleaned the playfield. Once the CPU is back the game will be in VERY nice condition, especially for one on location!
