Ober Gatlinburg
The arcade is called Other Dimension, and it's located upstairs at the very top of the building. It's mostly got a bunch of old games but a few modern ones too.
They for a long time used to have ticket redemption games in the arcade, but in recent times they seem to have removed them. Now they only have video games, a boxer machine, two air hockey tables, the pinball machine listed below, and an arm wrestling machine.

I remember going there many years ago (probably 2011/2012?) and they had a Red & Ted's RoadShow pinball machine. Good times.
