All were in great condition as of May 2014 and offered 5 balls per credit. Payment for games is via a swipe card you can purchase and recharge at a kiosk.

Cool place, all newer arcade stuff and redemption games. Redemption center is mostly candy and knick knacks so even without a lot of tickets you can get some stuff.
IJ was down when I went. ST randomly ended balls and the right flipper got stuck up, maybe on average once per game, otherwise worked OK.
$1/credit (less with bulk discounts). Need to buy at least $5 on a card.
