I second the MM. Left flipper definately needs tightening and it also sticks sometimes in the up position until hit by a ball. This can be a little frustrating.Left troll still does not pop up also.
Jerrids other reviews are also spot on.

Arcade in an old mall, pins are generally very rough condition which is a bummer because it's usually a decent lineup.
The owners are Musivend - operators of about every type of coin operated gizmo in Sioux Falls. Many pins available for the public to play in SF are theirs

Just stopped by this location. The current lineup is still munsters, transformers, and congo. Congo was beyond filthy, the clear plastic ramps are black. The wireform ramp is rusted. Both slings weren't firing. Numerous burnt out bulbs. Very sad shape! The transformers isn't much better. Loose plastic hanging in the shooter lane that gets in the way and knocked around with every new ball. One of the pop bumpers was literally destroyed with pieces just sitting on the playfeild! Again burnt out bulbs everywhere and of course filthy playfeild.

Medieval Madness: 7of10 rating. Left troll doesn't pop up, however, you can still complete Trolls. Left flipper needs 'tightening' not strong enough to shoot the damsel ramp. Dragon piece is missing (no biggy, but bummer on the looks). Plays pretty good. Mostly level.
Monopoly - 8 of 10. Loud (which is cool!) plays pretty good
Spidey - 8of10 - little off level, but plays pretty good, nothing mechanically
Transformers - 9of10 - Plays great (as you would expect for new machine). But, the Optimus Prime ramp is funky, just ramps the ball randomly, no rhyme or reason... but oh well.
$20 got me 4hrs of play... wrists/forearms still sore
