Visited on a Saturday in Oct 2020. Their pricing is quite ridiculous. They wanted a $50 for a group to play for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour. A "group" is between 1 and 10 players. Groups have to have reservations too. I asked if they had any reservations today and the person at the front counter said no. I offered $15 to try a few pinball games for an hour to see if I wanted to stay longer and was told no. They'd rather have $0 over $15 it seems on a day that no one is scheduled to come in.
The games unfortunately looked like they were in terrible condition even though they were all powered off. There was a lot of dust and dirt on the glass and playfields. Playfields had a lot of ball trails. Several games had flippers that were misaligned at the resting position. Seems nothing has changed since the 2017 and 2018 reports of pretty much all of the pinball games being in very poor condition. That's too bad as I want all pinball operators to be successful, but these guys just seem like they don't give a crap about pinball.

i don't want to run them down. managing pinball ain't easy. i sincerely hope things remain profitable for them. but they seriously need a qualified tech. of nine games four were off or unplayable. the rest had problems from small but significant to merely small. a good place, though. love the unique setting and would love to see them grow.
