Just visited there today, lots of color DMDs, upgrades and pro versions. No old bowling ball ally route beaters, most pins are really good examples. Should check it out when visiting the the Smoky Mountains.

Several pins need cleaning, work done. The tilts are unforgiving - if you get a danger, chances are it will go to tilt. Great location and city. Had no idea about this place but will still come back.
High quality LE titles. Many mechanical issues though. Addams Family gold all of the insert lights were out. Metallica had poor flipper alignment. Metallica shooter lane protector was blocking launch to where ball would barely clear to start the game. Many of the games were way off level. Jurassic park was stuck on tilt our entire time there. Good list of games but not worth playing in such poor condition.
The Gatlinburg Arcade has undergone a major renovation. Some of the walls were taken out, and the Escape Room is gone. The arcade also uses a magnetic card system just like the Arcadia at the Space Needle. All games cost $1 to play (even Elvira and the Party Monsters and Close Encounters of the Third Kind).
Lots of pins are in bad condition and/or not working. WOZ, Houdini, Twilight Zone, Cirque Voltaire, Beatles, XMen, Hot Wheels were dead. Many games were filthy, flippers not working/extremely weak. They have a lot of old arcade games, too but many of those were down and broken, too. Felt ripped off for the $20 Play All Day wristband.
Do not waste your money here! It’s depressing more than 50% of the pins are broke. I dropped 40 for my two kids to play and they had more fun turning off all the broke pins! Go across the street to the arcade that only has 9 or 10 but they are all well maintained!
I would like to start off by thanking everyone who visited the Gatlinburg Pinball Museum over the years and thank you to everyone who has worked on this project. Sadly, the time has come for the doors to close. All games that were housed in the museum will be listed on Pinside and Facebook to be sold and given the home they deserve. Peace, love, and Flip on! - Arcade Jesus

Most machines work in excellent condition. There are technicians around if you have problems with the machines. Most of the older machines are in the front area of the arcade, and the newer machines are in the back area. The older machines require a technician to register games on them if the machine shows zero credits. Overall, this is an excellent arcade with a great variety of machines.
