The arcade is large and has good selection of games. All pinballs are together, and I had them all to myself for 2 hours on a Saturday morning. Some of the games had issues: broken magnet on Batman 66, left flipper not working on Ghostbusters, and LotR was down altogether. They gave me some credits back for reporting the busted games and said a technician comes in on Saturday afternoons to service the machines. Part of a larger entertainment complex that includes Go-Karts, Virtual Reality, Trampolines, etc. You can buy a pass that includes various combinations of these experiences, or just head to the arcade and buy a card from a machine: $10 for 48 points, $20 for 100 points @ 4 points/credit on the pinballs. Some of the video arcade games are more. I think the hours for the arcade are listed incorrectly - they should be the same as the opening hours of the rest of Dezerland, which currently opens at 11am on Saturdays. I showed up at 10:30 and a guy let me in early when I said I was just interested in the pinballs. The arcade was already fully powered up. Would go back if in the area, and would be a great place to take kids while you get in some pinball!
Apparently this space used to also house a larger Pinball Museum, but they are in the process of moving that and some other collections to Orlando. Was told that should open around April 2020.
