Had a fantastic few hours down at the Flipperhalle Berlin. It was just like going to the local arcade in the 1970s, except there were lots of much newer machines too. For 10 euros you could play on any machine and stay as long as you wishes.
The driks, soft drinks, beer coffee and tea, were all 1 euro and there were donuts and crisps for free.
The pinballs were all good makes and all in great working order. My girlfriend, who had only had a few games of pinball before the visit, went round trying them all and spent a good 2 hours playing. She especially liked the sounds of the electro mechanicals but enjoyed the AC DC machine best. I loved the challenge of Spectrum and really enjoyed playing Gorgar again after about 40 years!
There are lots of good things to see in Berlin, but this was a great experience!
