Noteworthy features

  • Roto target is somewhat unique. Lack of drop targets is also unusual for this era as Gottlieb went a bit crazy with drop targets in previous pins of that era. Some complain that as a result there is little to shoot for. Cannot say, it plays fast, fun and is far from simple. Seems to be a very fair game that challenges with many rewarding sequences that are difficult to capture as hitting the wrong target can reset what was a previously lit bonus light... so if you want to score you need to know how to play pinball. Nothing wrong with that.

No animation on this back box- Beautiful graphics. I think its almost a modern (2012) type of comic X-men style almost. Personally, I find the game to be strangely contemporary in its art- amazing really. 35 years later, you can find similar illustrat
