Layout is definitely cool and different. But hitting through pop bumpers always sucks. I hate it. TO get to a ramp you have you have to go through the pop bumpers. Maybe it's a mental thing, but i hate it. It basically cuts the playfield in half some times. The small ramp, small upper loop with the flipper, the mummy balls and ramp target. All fun. Great fun. Fast game. Art is great. Music is good, but Maiden isn't my first choice.
This game rocks pretty good and it's definitely one you can sit on and play for a while.
Update:. The premium definitely adds some good stuff over the pro. The tomb is such a great addition. It makes hitting thru the pops much more rewarding and worth going for.
The top of the playfield has 3 loops and is fast! Really great fun. This game pretty much has everything you'd want, altho I'd like to see one big bash toy. Even tho it does not need it, it's really the only thing missing. The skill shot is cool, the modes are great and don't feel repetitive. Plenty of chances to earn multiball, not just given to you. But easy to earn.
Fast. Fun.

One of the best modern pins. Fell in love with the soundtrack. This pin just rocks. It's hard and unforgiving, but feels alive when you play. Nothing better than shooting a steel ball up the playfield while two minutes to Midnight blasts out of the speakers. Good rule set, fun shots, and difficult to master. It's an adult pin for players looking to improve their skills.

This is a great game and even though I am not a fan of the bands music, the selection of music is good and the music has been growing on me. The theme is actually really good and is not offensive. I noticed quite a few comments from people saying they wouldn't want this game in their home and I must say I have no issues. I don't find the theme offensive at all. Even my wife who is very sensitive didn't find it offensive. Game play is outstanding, Music is good, theme is cool and perhaps underrated.
After owning this game for a while and playing and owning a bunch of other machines, this one has become the long lasting favorite of not just me but the whole family. Even the theme which I wasn't super fond of at first has grown on me quite a bit. It is so well done and the artwork is excellent. I was never an Iron Maiden fan in fact I probably would have told you I didn't like the music before owning this pin. The songs that they picked to use for the pin are outstanding and I have been fully converted into a fan!
I just wanted to add that the game has grown on me and my family more. I have bought and sold several other games and this game still gets the most play. I recently purchased Metallica and thought I would like it better as I prefer Metallicas music, but even a brand new game in the line up is getting less play.

Although I am not a big fan of Iron Maiden, they do have a lot of good songs. The pin is fun to play and the on screen interaction is well done. The layout is well done and original. I played it a hand full of times and it has my interest as a beautiful, involving and exciting pin. Just when the new pins from Stern were not that exciting for me I found one that is a year or so old, that is really cool.

I originally played a Premium model and all I have to say is WOW! I was blown away. Probably the best Stern machine I’ve ever played. The artwork is phenomenal. The game layout is amazing. Big time kudos going with 4 Flippers and the accompanying loop shots. Such a fun machine whether your a fan of the band or not. Keith knocked it out of the park with this machine!

Not a Iron Maiden Fan necessarily but love this game. Music is lost during game play IMO. Rules seems good. Its always interesting to me and i constantly want to figure out more about the rule set. I really like all of the different shots. Most of the shots are easy to moderate difficulty. I'm not even an Iron Maiden super fan but i think the artwork is pretty cool. It's a way fun game to find on location. Not interested in this game for HUO since I'm only moderately into the theme.

Keith Elwin's first attempt at designing a game is a true masterpiece. 4 flipper game that keeps you on your toes from start to finish. I love how the new software keeps track of every detail like how many times the spinner is spun. My only knock on the game is it can be easy if you own the game and get used to the shots which can lead to long ball times. I prefer brutally tough games for home use so I don't tire of games. That said, this game is so awesome it keeps me coming back for more. Highly recommend!!
