A great game, but for me one that soon becomes tiring... I find the sound clips too repetative and tend to get on my nerves after a while... and another game that takes things too seriously IMO. I love the tilting mini playfield though and the wizard mode!

I can't get into it. This pin just hates me. I can never keep the ball alive.

This is my kind of game. Difficult, lot's of different modes and fast. I'm not one for movie based pins but this one is fantastic. Great game play. Excellent for a home collection as it will keep you comming back again and again.

Love the theme, Love the game. Very hard shots in this game. I would like to own one someday soon, as I am a huge IJ fan.
This game contains the original movie Trilogy, leaving out the Crystal Skull or whatever that movie was... so that's a huge bonus. :)

I think I have to be the heavy on this one. It's a fun table, but it's not a great table. I think it's very overrated. It's plays a little slow, and if were not for the Indy theme, I think it would have a lower rating.

Has always been a longtime favorite of mine. It was in my dorm hall in college so it seemed I stopped by to play it all the time. I didn't know the depth of the game at that time and now realize later how not even close I got to accomplishing a lot of the main goals. I have played some in bad condition and I think this game does need to be in good shape to appreciate. Great game I really hope to own one day. Deserves a 10 as it is my favorite "older" game

Just played it for the first time at the movie theater after Pirates of the Caribean 4. I quickly got locked in. It seems like a pretty deep game with lots of fun modes.

You know when you start to play but never when you finish, one of the best pinball films based theme, lot of thing to do and nice role set.

This is the second best theme-based pin I have played (and now own). Second only to STTNG. The artwork, music, speech and gameplay are all top notch. The gameplay is varied enough to keep you interested and yet simple enough to understand so that even the novice player can enjoy. The ramps can be tough to hit consistently, this is a feature not a flaw. It is also the most forgiving game with generous saves on the right outlane possible and configurable ball saves. Perfect for a beginner all the way to expert.

This is a superior game. Fun for the Indy film fans and for pinplayers. Great multiball, music and voice work are sweet, and movie is incorporated well into the gameplay. Just enough gimmicks to keep it interesting without being to cluttered on the playfield.

This is a clunky widebody machine with supertight shots and deep rules (for the era) like TZ but doesn't really transcend the sum of its parts. Fun is somewhat lacking for me. The machine is cool. The mechs like the idol and the Path are cool when they work. Art is awesome. Music, again, its Indiana Jones. Awesome. The modes are so important, but that saucer shot is just poorly designed which affects the enjoyment of the whole game. Also this is a very complicated pin and it is hard to find one where everything is functioning as it should. Love the theme, I just wish I loved this game more. The package is there, but the gameplay is lacking for me. Still a very impressive pin, but it will always feel like a "what if" type of machine to me.

If the mode start hole & Path of adventure are functioniong correctly this game is easily a top 5 game, excellent gamerules and a beautiful game, also a bonus if your an indy fan, but then again who isnt!

IJ has to be top 5 all time greats. Sounds are just awesome the way it all ties together. People complaining that the start mode hole doesn't always stick, that's what makes the game even better, get over it.
Top 5 for sure.

This is my all-time favorite pinball game!!! I love it and never tire of playing it. I'm a big fan of the Indiana Jones movies, so I really love the theme. The music is fantastic, right out of the movie sound track. The sound effects are great and I love the way they use the actual voices of the actors in the IJ movies. It is a very complex game and it takes a while to learn all the scoring rules, game modes, etc. Best way to do this is in "free play" mode at a pinball show! This is the first pin that I purchased. I've wanted one ever since the first time I played it, years ago. Tough to find one in really good condition. Many that are have had extensive refurbishments and customization. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but those machines cost a small fortune!

Review edit. Ok, 10 years since I had played this. Tastes have evolved. This is a fairly deep pin, quite notably considering how old it is. I love the humor, variety of modes, and difficulty of completing them all in one game. It is a little more stop and go than I prefer. It will make a great contrast to SM though...especially if I ever get one!

For a 2 flipper pin, there really is quite a lot to do. The POA is nice, if it works. I can see why this is still considered a classic. I have to admit though, I am coming around to more modern games more and more.

Still one of my favorites but will never be THE favorite in my ratings...close 2nd?

Great game to go along with a classic film license. Overall, super fun and challenging. Some shots are a bit difficult. The center drop shot behind INDY is narrow and tough along with the ramps. The path of adventure is hard to accomplish if the machine is not leveled correctly.

SM and LOTR should take this ratings place, Top two tight there.

Finally got to put a Few games on IJ (w).. The P/F lOOk's Very nice.. Alot of Toy's that remind you of the movie.. Not a Fast Paced game , more of a Quest. I still want 1 ..

a little over rated IMHO. Not up there with TZ, LOTR, SM, ATF, etc. I would place in top 25
