If you grew up in the eighties, you will appreciate this game more than if not. I own the Vitrograph version of the playfield. The game can be very fast with a nice flow. Fun game to play. A drop target shooters game, and a tough one at that based on the rule set. Easy background music with good feature sounds and call outs. 2 ball multiball. Not readily available in the North American Market, which makes it a unique game to own.

Don't be fooled by looking at it. The artwork is an absolute disaster. For that matter, don't be fooled by listening to it either, because the sound effects are also an absolute disaster. But the game remains really fun to play. If you ever find one, give it a few games and you won't regret it, you'll probably keep coming back for more.

Great "Diamond" in the rough. Spinners, Drop Targets galore, a ramp, ball saves, multi ball and an excellent rule set. Also one of a couple games that Gottlieb used their experimental vitrograph plexi playfield, a precursor to Clearcoat, so the playfield never wears. It has that cheezy synthetic 80s sound like most from that era which adds to the charm. Challenging shots, great ruleset for that era, and just enough variation to keep the game interesting. Got mine for a song, only to discover how rare they are in the US. It's been a keeper for several years.

I found a Diamond Lady, in a Bar, on a road trip thur nevada. I got a few games in. I immediately thought this is a cool quirky game. years later i just bought one. I love the drop targets. Pulling the plunger sets the mode. I will update my review in a few months. according to Pinball Database only 300 were sold in the United States, the other 2400 were shipped to Europe. Diamond Lady is a great game for the price.. More information to come. 1-2-2023 Diamond Lady is a great representative of that era. When i want to just relax and enjoy pinball, i play DL. She has great shots.

For those on a budget, this might be a good "I can only afford one pin" game. If you can find a diamond lady they usually dont go for a whole lot of $$$. Drop targets can be hit in different settings, hit all the diamonds with out hitting spades and double your score is pretty darn tough. Game is 4 player with alpha numeric scoring, so playing your friends for high score is a great time and challange. The 2 ball multi ball is fun as well and the audio is good to, dosent get too repetetive and the 80s music isnt annoying IMHO. Ultimantly its no TAF or MM but for the price its a really fun game if you can tollerate the backglass.
