Bally
Champ
CHAMP was designed in 1973 and manufactured in February 1974.
It's very interesting that Christian Marche, known as "the Pointy-People-Artist" didn't design this artwork in "pointy style" but depicts 3 machines designed by Jerry K Kelley, the inventor of the "Pointy People" - RockMakers, Minizag and Joker.
A strange coincidence is that this machine was the last one with this style of Bally-Cabinet (Lift-Up-Frame for Playfield, wide Pedestal, 71cm black Legs) - this Cabinet was designed by Jerry K Kelley - this means that the last machine with this Kelley-Cabinet depicts some Kelley -Machines too.
The pictured machines, including Champ, still have the black Frontdoor (1967 - End of 1971) ... But Champ itself got the new 1972-Frontdoor (first used on Fireball) - this means that the artwork was designed prior to 1972 or that Marche depicted the black Frontdoors on purpose in Kelley's honor, because those were designed by Kelley, the 1972-Frontdoors weren't.
