There is no other game like this one. Wide body, lots of flippers and shots. It's overwhelming. Really a unique classic.

One of the first DMD machines with stunning features, cool animations and some really nice shots. I am not a big Addams Family enthusiast, but the pinball machine has something that fascinates me every single time. From my point of view, the hand is the best feature. Game also has a cool topper!

I think TAF is way overrated. Fun to hit at the buddies house but never would own one unless got a insane deal.

One of my uncles has owned this game for 12+ years, so between his machine and other Addams Family machines I've played, I've played this game countless times. Definitely one of the greatest games out there so far and deserves a place in the Top 10. Very fun and funny. Good rule set -- plenty to do, with satisfying rewards for doing them. Great implementation of theme. Excellent "Thing" gimmicks, bookcase concept, and other adaptations from the theme. Entertaining voice-overs, call-outs, and sounds. Not much to complain seriously about with this game.

This is probably the most perfect execution of a theme in Pinball history. The entire package perfectly reflects the zany, spooky Addams Family, with great custom voice work and music. The layout is one of Lawlor's best, good shots that can occasionally be unforgiving. There are plenty of modes, plenty of multiballs, and lots to do for the more seasoned player. Definitely one of my favourite games, and even though I bump into it quite often as so many were made, I will always give it a few plays!

All time classic. I think this is the first truly great pinball game, the first one that really gets exciting. I like older machine, but they never really got your heart going. We had this machine at an old office where I worked years ago, so I have an affinity for it that may color my rating. I still love it, though.

This pin may be more fun than any other pin that I have ever played. One key thing with this pin, is that it HAS to be well maintained. A tournament level AF is as close to perfect as you can come to heaven on Earth. You should be able to hit the Bear Kicks ramp from the right flipper. This will enable you to max out the Bear Kicks at 99, and max out your score. Lighting the entire Mansion is probably the highlight of this pin, and the most difficult achievement. Awesome pin. It could (and maybe should) be #1.

If you've seen the film you know they couldn't have done better with a game. If you haven't seen it, you'll still love this machine for it's lastability. So many fun shots, so many callouts.

I appreciate the significance of this game. Looks great, draws a variety of people in/many people remember it, a lot of innovation for game play. Just can't get into it personally.

I've played examples of this game that play good and bad. The bad ones make the game absolutely frustrating to play. The ones that play well make me want to buy one it plays so well. Running perfect with strong flippers and a waxed playfield this games is easy to shoot, and each easy shot is satisfying to hit. Because of that I give this game a high recommendation. But with weak flippers this game is nothing short of a frustrating chore to play.

The machine I played had LED upgrades that lit the play field perfectly. Great game. Love the flipper "finger snap" to the music.

I like this game a lot, it really has that 1 more play factor. Gotta love "Showtime" and unlike some people I love the chaos the magnet causes.

For a pin that was made in 1992 still holds strong to this day. It's the complete pinball machine and deserves to be in everyone's collection. I sold mine years ago, but I would LOVE to have one back. The theme is what does it for me along with the rules, music, lights and layout. There's so many unique things about this machine from The Thing's hand to the knocks in the cabinet, all very memorable stuff. This was the best selling pinball of all time, and yet it's hard to find one nowadays.

You know when you;re hanging out with your brother's group of older friends and they mention a really hot mom they have a crush on and you think to yourself "really? she's not that hot?" that's Addams Family for me. There has been many positive reviews which are valid, but I feel this pin shows its age. There are a lot of modes but are quite basic just like the toys on the playfield. However, I can see how this pin can be rated high as there is a lot going on but it feels old.

Really good sounds, play field layout, modes to complete. The subways/tunnels are cool. Thing toy is neat. There's not as much depth as I expected here and the animations aren't great. I wouldn't want to own this one. Doesn't make me come back to it. It was ahead of its time for sure

It well and truly lives up to the hype and surpasses it. The rules and layout came naturally to me from the first time i played it. It's just so well made and it feels so right!

I spent about 2 hours playing The Addams Family yesterday afternoon at a mates place and I can't wait to get back at it!
Well deserving of it's classic status. I'm in love with this game! A definite must play.

Such a great machine and my one regret was not buying it when I had the chance to at a reasonable price. Now I will just have to stumble upon one hopefully. Great machine, loads of fun to play, lots of interaction, good theme, good gimmicks. Just an over great machine that is a classic.
