This is awesome. Do you have a sense of when the SS ones will be ready and shipments going out? I'm asking because I might donate the "less desirable" to some local events coming up.

Quoted from zombieyeti:The silkscreen edition should be ready to ship within 2 weeks - so I'm shooting to ship late next week at earliest, if fedex is nice I'm using my go to printer in Alameda - so they're coming from Cali. Message me if you need to arrange for the other to get out sooner!
Okay, thanks. I'm right next to A-town so maybe I'll get lucky. I haven't promised anything to anyone so if it happens it happens.
Quoted from Nelly:Damn it!! That's twice I've missed out! I need to spend more time on Pinside I guess. Grrrrr! Next time you should announce the date and time you plan to do it. That will give us all more of a shot at one!
Don't worry. You know how these pre-order things go. I hear this zombieyeti guy is doing it all custom. He's making the paper out of an endangered spruce tree that only grows at the edge of volcanoes. The ink comes from a giant squid. The shipping tubes are made of hollowed out elephant tusks. He's breading a new kind of worm for the silk. Delivery will be by Thor, the Thunder God himself. No way he completes the project within the budget.
Quoted from zombieyeti:I know the Zidware logo might be a sting - but for historical accuracy I kinda want to keep it... or replace it with genitals which would be harder to display in the family room...
Why don't you make a ZY logo? That would still be historically accurate.
Quoted from danczaz:Run 200 this time
For snarks he could run stuff in the exact quantities of MG, RAZA and AIW.
I got mine! Both sets. There was a fundraiser tournament tonight to put a pinball at UCSF Medical Center Children's Hospital and I donated one of the paper versions to the prize pool. Walter Hurwitz took first in the tournament and chose it as his prize!
I'll be doing another fun casual tournament tomorrow at CAX. Probably a 1-handed. I'm going to see if Marco will let me use their Kiss, otherwise I'll find a good EM.
I have one more KISS translite to give away, as well as a limited edition (30/100) Alice in Wonderland print from ZombieYeti, and 2 passes to the Cal Academy of Sciences "Evening" events (read: booze). And maybe I can finagle some other goodies.
I'll post the time on the big events board in the registration area, and on the machine itself once I know I'm not conflicting with other events, as well as announce it over the loudspeaker an hour in advance. Shooting for some time like 3, 4, or 5 PM.
party on
