There has been talk of a Zelda pin from time to time. Not going to call it "rumors", because I don't think anyone believes any manufacturer to hold that license currently. Hope I'm wrong.

Zelda would be a grail theme for me, and I personally would hope for JJP to do it if anyone does. Zelda games are known to be super deep with hidden items, rooms, mini games, puzzles, adventures, etc. I think JJP (specifically Keefer) would be best to take on that task.

What are your thoughts on a Zelda pin? Is it even possible to translate Zelda into a pinball machine? It may be tough to make a pinball machine "feel" like a zelda adventure.

Any other Zelda lovers that would like to see this made into a pinball machine? Any ideas for theme integration, toys, rules, art, etc.?

If they were to base if off of a Zelda game in the past, I would hope for OOT. Best video game ever.

    Quoted from wildertronix:

I am about 3 years into a Link to the Past homebrew using Gottliebs Gladiators. I had it at SFGE last year but it had the power cord ripped out on set up. I spoke with Jon Norris about it years back asking him what he knew about the game. Only thing he really had for me was it was based on the SNES title. Im using MPF and FAST boards for this one. My game is extremely linear. We are trying to tell a story here so you have to make the shots I ask otherwise you will not progress!
Ive done most of my coding progress in the last 12 months. Ive never coded anything before this project but that I am finally understanding how to get it to do what I want, Im hoping to have it finished by next summer for SFGE. As far as progress I have 3/6 of my modes nearly completed. Working on embellishing the first few modes with better light shows and videos. Just today I conquered flipper canceling for holds and longer videos.
Heres a ton of youtube links to my progress:
I post a ton about it on my instagram too, check out #zeldapinball

    This is badass, man!

    Quoted from TheArrrrrcade:

Don't worry, I'm working on that one!

This is all I could find on a Zelda show for Netflix:

Says there was to be an official announcement on Nov. 16th. But I don't see any announcement that was made.

    Quoted from lpeters82:

In Oarina of Time that ninja dude is Zelda in disguise.

Wait.. what? You mean the sheik (sp?)? Not saying you are wrong, but that seems weird considering Princess Zelda is in OOT and makes several appearances.

    Quoted from lpeters82:

Sorry if I spoiled that. I assumed most discussing have played through OOT. If you just needed a refresher this is revealed right near the end. Basically she says that she couldn't reveal herself as the princess because she wanted to remain hidden from Ganon, thus protecting her piece of the Triforce. She was right because pretty much immediately she's captured and then you have to go rescue her from the castle.

Ahhh that is ringing some bells now. No you didn't spoil anything, I had just forgotten that piece I guess. Thanks!

    Quoted from lpeters82:

Not sure what all game you all have played, but I'd highly suggest going back and playing all of the early portable games if you've missed them. Those were among my favorites.

Whats your favorite? I've been playing OOT like crazy for a while. Also have become obsessed with watching ZFG speedrun OOT on twitch. That dude is a Zelda master, his game knowledge is insane. I recommend watching him, he goes live everyday. Hell he is live right now. https://www.twitch.tv/zfg1

    Quoted from wxforecaster:

Give this theme to Jersey Jack...this is a potential amazing beauty with a deep ruleset! An adventure that only Keefer could imagine.

    100% this!

I wonder if Keith is a Zelda fan at all?
