Your power voltages are fine.
Do not "poke" around, em pinball machine can really get you hurt.
As for you looking around and finding voltage everywhere, you need to remember that is how em's work. Power to one side of the blade and then a solenoid or cam will activate to allow electricity to go thru switch to make something else happen.
