I purchased an Aerobatics today and played around six games at the sellers house without issue. Brought the game home and it will not start. When you turn on the game it makes a humming sound and both pop bumpers flash. When you press the start button the pop numbers stop flashing but it doesn't go through the startup routine. The humming appears to be coming through the reset relay and it begins to get warm. The score does not reset, ball does not advance to the shooter lane, and nothing else happens.

This is my first EM and unfortunately I know little about them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Only two plugs going into the backbox and both are plugged in properly.

Doesn't seem to have been played much. The game counter is just above 3k.

So turn one of the cams clockwise as I am standing at the machine like I was playing a game?

Is that the same as moving the cam clockwise?

Are the normally open/closed switches the ones on the top of the cam?

Tried to gently move it with no luck. I'm assuming i don't want to use much force?

All the lights work and buzzing starts after pushing the start button.

Turned the score motor with the machine off. Then turned the machine on, no luck. The game over light on the back glass does go out after pressing the start button, then just a hum.
