I bought a new Dewalt DW 735 planer last week for $529. The seller sent a DW734 worth about $200 less. Seller won't respond to my return requests and now I have eBay support involved. Hopefully I get a refund!
You will get a positive response from eBay. And I'm guessing it'll be worth your while. Clearly that is a "not as described" situation.
