I saw one exactly like that the other night in East Chicago, In. He was doing about 15 mph because every little bump he hit it looked like he was hitting a curb. My coworker and I were laughing our asses off at him.

Amazing. some of this stuff is painful to look at.
My Brother just sold my late Father's '75 Caprice Classic convertible to a guy who said he wants to customize it, since all his friends have similar cars.
I just read that the Caprice is a popular car for Donks, so I'm now thinking that's probably what he is planning on doing with it.
Gets me thinking maybe I should Donk out my 911 targa 4S?
