    Quoted from jrpinball:

Something always jumps in front of it. Since I've gotten it, all I've done is vacuumed out the cabinet and sealed the backglass. I'm going to look into having my spare "Top Card" cabinet painted for the "Speed Rush", but I'm sure no one has stencils for it.

Are the pics on IPDB the correct design? If so, they're very similar to Roller Coaster.

My pinball plans have changed for 2020, sell 3 machines and get an Arachnid G2.5 Dart machine and a Foosball table. Variety is the spice of life.

My plan is don’t buy or sell any pinballs in 2020. Due to lack of space and money

Lol! I failed. I bought two pins and sold one in 2020 so far. Lesson learn! Pinball machine cannot be planed

Survive the year and buy a JJP GnR

    Quoted from Jmckune:

I want to add a Funhouse, Whirlwind, or Pinbot

Success. That makes 2 for 2020 the other being a Taxi

well, the plan has always been to fill the space i have. Of course limited by money and now with uncertain future due to covid.

however i moved 2 games (Houdini and Wrath of Olympus) and added 4 games (Baywatch, JP LE, shadow and IMDN LE). Had also planned to add the next JJP (don't know if it will be this year or next).

So far this year we have sold 2 and bought 2! That is about our yearly average.

    #108 3 years ago

yeah, this year my plans already went down the shitter with no hope of recovery till next year

    #109 3 years ago

    Quoted from HarrieD:

My The Munsters PRO will be swapped with an Aerosmith PRO in two weeks. And "Stranger Things PRO" will arrive the end of the month.
I hope to start on restoring my "Whirlwind" and finish the restore of my "Fire!"
Other than that my "Out Run" must be finished, "Track and Field" will go to a client of mine as a loaner, "Ms Pacman" will go to my pal's house as a loaner. And maybe, just maybe this year we will buy a new house where I get more space to fit all my machines.

Well, looking back on my post 11 months ago it seems that some of it was dealt with but most projects were left in the cold.

So, I got a new house with a massive basement (total 110m2 of which gameroom and repair area occupies 70m2). My Munsters indeed got swapped for an Aerosmith but this was sold after 2 months. I sold my fully restored BOP. A new Stranger Things PRO was delivered in March en then it became somewhat silent because of the move to our new house.
Then last month I bought the last NIB Jurassic Park PRO available in EU and last week a nearly new TMNT. Furthermore I sold my Funhouse which I never thougt I would sell ever.

This year was very unpredictable but came out with several negative but also positive things. The main negative is that the Covid feeling is overwhelming all positives this year. Hopefully 2021 will be better.

One of my main goals was to organize the garage into another game room.
So far got two rows set up and slowly been going through the machines out there.
My brother in law who’s an electrician is supposed to come over at some point and hep me hook up a new box and power outlets so I can run them all at once.
Making progress and slowly getting there.

    Quoted from SantaEatsCheese:

    1. Play pinball every day
    2. Take my Rick and Morty to Allentown/York if it comes in on time.
    3. Trade my Champion Pub for something TBD and continue trading for games I normally wouldn’t get to play… would be thrilled if I eventually wound up with a Twilight Zone for temporary trades.
    4. Leave every pin that rotates through my basement better than I found it.
    5. Get better (Whirlwind is great for fundamentals.)
    6. Play in a league or at least try a tournament.

    Well,
I don't think anyone was predicting what a crazy year 2020 would be, but I still made most of my list.

    1. Done! Played pinball every day!
    2. Failed, got Rick and Morty but no shows near me in 2020. Will bring R&M to the next local show for 2021.
    3. Traded Champion Pub for Taxi and High Speed and cash, which I sold and bought a Medieval Madness with, which I sold and bought a TNA and used some of the extra funds towards a Twilight Zone.
    4. Every machine that rotates through my basement leaves nicer than it came in. LEDs at a minimum.
    5. I don't know if I'm any better, but I've been trying!
    6. No league this year. I am getting my next degree in June and will join the Crabtowne league afterwards COVID depending.. I want to meet more local pinball people.

Sold my SWEp1 late 2019 to make room for my NIB MMrSE that was to come in February 2020...just before the world got crazy.

Then in late November, I had to sell my one of a kind Tee'd Off with custom color pin2dmd to make room for an unexpected purchase of IJ. I think the lineup will look like this for some time to come.

    No sh*t.

I made half my new games list late in the year. Some games left, not for reasons I saw a year ago when I made my post. And didn't attend any shows.

I do hope for a better year this year.

I blew it and went up a few not down - but blame Covid for everything.
