    If you start your work day outside at 7:00am, you won’t see the sun peak out until after 8:00am. That would suck on a cold December, January, February day.

    BTW, they tried making Daylight savings permanent in 1974 and it didn’t work. What has changed since then? Have motorists got any smarter or have the kids walking to school got smarter?
