Paragon is #1 of course!
That said, I love Old Coney Island and Scared Stiff.
Here's my top 4:
1)

2)
3)
Quoted from PinB:Xenon
4)
Quoted from PinB:Centaur
..and special mention to Space Invaders. Yeah, I guess I'm biased towards the late 70's and early 80's artwork.
Quoted from NinJaBooT:Nitro Ground Shaker is the best by far!!
I have never heard of this must look up now another passion of mine cars and drag racing
I was recently at Pinballz in Austin. This place should be on your bucket list.
The backglass that sucks me in everytime is Xenon. I'll have to add this game to my wishlist.

Quoted from dj_xwing:Didn't see Viper mentioned yet...
Viper has such great backglass artwork, like something right out of Heavy Metal magazine in its early 1980's heyday. A shame Stern didn't incorporate a mirrored effect into it though, would have looked awesome with the shiny chrome woman & serpent.
I just noticed, never realized that was Keith Parkinson's work. Love the covers he did years ago for Dragon magazine.
The prices of translates are rising

Quoted from Gov:That is some freaking epic awesomeness!
Could not have said it better myself.
Quoted from sammiesguys:Genesis. It's got it all:
Yep! Weird background, crazy scientist guy, hot(?) babe, and Phil Collins!
Quoted from NinJaBooT:This one has potential to be one of my favs as well. Can't wait to get my hands on one!
Dang, thanks. Missed this thread, was gonna shamelessly pimp my design but you beat me to it!
I'll put in the updated version though:

For a less self congratulatory pick I'd go with EATPM, super excited to see if CPR does a mirrored backglass version like it's been rumored.
