Let;s see how honest everyone here is. How many of you can remember singing along to the radio as ...................as.........as The Cowsills belted out Indian Lake??
I know. Y'all thought I was going to say The Partridge Family, didn't you?

Hell I remember that song. We used to hear it on the radio the summer we vacationed up in Maine.

I used to save newspaper reviews of concerts I went to. One clipping from about 1982 had an ad for Ozzy when he first went solo appearing at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, PA. Ticket prices were $6.50 and $8.50.
Time to fire up the Delorean.

Shoot, i joined that thing at least 3 or 4 times....12 cd's for a penny, buy one for $9.99, cancel membership.....rinse and repeat.....

    CD's? What a youngster.
I used to get 8-Tracks to use in the car.

If you remember when Chuck Woolery was the host of Wheel of Fortune.

And the contestants had to use their winnings to buy expensive prizes.

Say, you are an old fart
Name me some washing machine detergents like Tide ( still around ), Oxydol,

My mom always used Dash. Was also great for washing greasy hands after working on the car.
I also remember these commercials for Drive.

I took my annual trip to Yellowstone this year with some friends.
While I enjoy my hikes and getting out into the wilderness I'm noticing my range is starting to decrease.
Sleeping in the tent is tough on my back. . . but the views are still worth it.

Is that a phone or a sex toy?

Depends how high on the wall it's mounted.

    Quoted from JohnnyPinball007:

And I never wanted any kids, and I never had any kids, BUT, there is this 18 year old brunette I would like to adopt now. BUT, I know that would not go over well at all with my girlfriend. (and that is a joke from some old movie, I think it was Tom Hanks that said something like that in one of his early movies).

    Bachelor Party. Funny film.

    Quoted from TractorDoc:

Anyone else have trouble opening stuff?
I know there are child proof lids and all, but any more some of the protective seals on bottles are near impossible for me to peel off without puncturing with a knife.
I pull and pull at the top of a bag of chips while I walk the line of opening the seal vs. tearing the entire bag and creating a chip explosion.

I can't open the inner bag of a box of cereal anymore without a pair of scissors, yet the box itself is so thin I crush it just picking it up.

...when you finally decide that you no longer want to do your own oil changes.

I stopped doing my own oil changes when my wife nicknamed me Exxon Valdez for all the oil I would spill on the driveway.

In keeping with the season, you know you are old if you remember singing along with this guy.
    [quoted image][quoted image]

Jeez, I remember watching 'Sing Along With Mitch' on TV. It ran from '61 through '64, which means I was 2-5 years old. Why can I remember that, but can't remember what I had for lunch yesterday?

    Quoted from frenchmarky:

... when you click on a Youtube video and by the time the 5 second commercial is over you've already forgotten which video you clicked on.

I do something similar. I'll be watching music videos and halfway through I'll think of the next song I want to hear. By the time the first one is over I can't for the life of me remember what it was I wanted to watch next .
