I can't begin to describe how gorgeous the WoZ cabinet's are. I got to see them first hand. Playfields as well. There is just nothing that compares. I owned every type of pin and playfield and there just isn't anything that comes close. The cabinet almost feels like it has a hard plastic shell around it the coating is so dense and durable.

Jack, Jen, and the whole crew @ JJP are so on top of every little detail its astounding. No one will be disappointed!

Don't ask about any specific details I won't answer them. Not my place.

will the buttons light up? it appears to be translucent.

#5 11 years ago

I honestly have no idea. I didn't ask and didn't actually bother to look

#6 11 years ago

What, why, when, where, and just how did you manage a visit Alex? Are those too specific of questions?

Good questions and why not a few more pics?????

#8 11 years ago

I bribed Jack with Bagels from the old country... (Brooklyn)

I kept my hands in my pockets the whole time I was there. There was no way I was going to take a picture and possibly catch something Jack didn't want anyone to know about yet. Cabinet pics people have already from shows but no one has a good one showing the clear and how beautiful it is so thats the only ones I took. Out of respect for the team I wouldn't divulge anything anyway though guys.

I seen that in June 2012

I clicked hoping to see a hot chick, but all I got was a woz cab

#12 11 years ago

And before anyone asks I didn't play the game. I could have but I didn't want to ruin it for when mine comes.

Another local pinsider did but I won't steal his thunder.

#13 11 years ago

Yeah!!! where's Ted with a pic when you need him??

#14 11 years ago

Thanks for changing the title. I felt mislead.

Nice trite response. Thanks

#16 11 years ago

Hmmm...yeah where is Ted? Was he the other pinsider?

#17 11 years ago

Wow, very nice!

#18 11 years ago

Wasn't Ted.

Give me a ring. Still have my cell?

#20 11 years ago

And exejet should be here right about...

Quoted from Vyzer2:

He did say he was going to take the tour. I wonder if he did?

#22 11 years ago

Will do..have to check, not sure on the cell. You must have had a great time at jjp!

#23 11 years ago

Honch...he better have not gone on that field trip with out letting me know.

#24 11 years ago

Wow! The gloss on that cabinet is amazing...! I hope the test pin is out soon...I'd love to see the rest that close with that detail...!

#25 11 years ago

That is a very nice finish!

How do they do the cabs/artwork to look so good?

#26 11 years ago

It all has that detail. Literally every piece has been engineered to a specific criteria with no exceptions.

One thing I can say is this will be the easiest most user/operator serviceable machine ever made. Much more so than Pin2k for example.

Wish I would have ordered one!

I thought you still can?

#30 11 years ago

Wow......gimme some Kool Aid!

#31 11 years ago

Whoa...take it easy boys! ...alex...help me out here...I was NOT there. Do you think I'd not give my buddies a heads up? I told Jack we wanted to come when the game was set up so we could play it. I suggested the middle of Sept. So, alex...is the game now totally ready to play??
and Vyzer...lose my number already?

Jack will do it on WOZ now I bet. He will do what ever it takes to get a pin into a persons hands.

#34 11 years ago

I see my small collection being all JJP someday.

LOL Ted WAS NOT THERE

I wouldn't play it and ruin my unboxing experience.

That's actually an interesting point you're making there. Could be a pretty good poll. Most of us get to play before we pay, but what about you NIB guys. Would you if you could, or would you like to be surprised?

#42 11 years ago

Just showed the last video to my two youngest girls and they are "flipping out"...they think its "awesome" looking and can't wait to play it....and yes....they love the ruby red slippers!

Hmmmm...maybe Jack is onto something here, bringing more of a wider audience back into pinball with WOZ.......I can see this one at Dave & Busters, was there last week and its depressing that a place like that doesn't have pinball...

Wouldn't even consider playing it....want the unboxing and virgin experience!

Thanks Alexlevy, I'll be calling tomorrow. Hope I can talk to Jack!

I would have absolutely played it...we've waited this long, F surprises! I can't believe Alex COULD HAVE but DIDN'T ...we could be hearing about the game and living vicariously through you, dude....but now I just want to smack you lol

#46 11 years ago

Please tell me he's planning on including a set of leg protectors, it would be sacrilege for a single scratch to get on that artwork, even if it does look well protected.

Will it need those? Or will it have a system similar to what Stern has now where the legs don't even touch the cabinet?

That's the next big reveal...the first LEGLESS pinball!!! It will have anti-gravity hover technology and float on a self-sustaining mini-tornado.

I couldn't bring myself to do it. Keith standing right next to me and I just couldn't do it

Its gorgeous and the way it plays / lights up is nothing short of majestic and I didn't even want to launch a ball unless it was on my game.

Cab and clear looks great. Will be worth the wait.
