maybe bridge rectifier to popcaps is failed? maybe check for DC (not AC) supplying them.
(none working only half eliminates ideas about blown coils, could be driver transistors too.)
bonehead direct test their coils with 24vdc power supply?
ouch if bridge rectifier failed and put AC through the soundboard, who knows!
extra ball solenoid might be cooked, or shorted diode (would be nicer and cheeper).
further up the line could be a toasted driver transistor, or its pre, could do same things.
(cooked coil can burn a driver transistor too)
sound issue.. is the speaker (and connections) good? we used to quick check speakers with a 9v battery touching terminals quickly oughtta get little thumps out of it. continuity tester or multimeter to ohms to check the wires (no power on). if good then check connectors to sound board etc. no pro here, just stuff to try, might help solving.
