Yes. I need to know whether or not I should sell Ghostbusters Pro and TWD Pro to fund Star Wars and Pulp Fiction/Iron Maiden.
Tron & GOT LE/premium
If Stern doesn't screw it up, I'll be able to replace one of these with Star Wars by the end of the year, hopefully...
Quoted from rai:As for Tron (IM would be as well) are you concerned the code is too brief? Very fun games, but the code is what it is, might you get bored?
I never get bored because I can never make it to Portal. Almost, but not quite (Sea of Simulation kills me every time). And the best games, IMO, are the ones where you always JUST miss hitting something big. That's what makes you hit the start button again and again.
As opposed to LOTR or WOZ (Keith Johnson is a sadist), where I know I'll NEVER make it anywhere near the end. Why bother, then?

Good point, I am just starting to play my Tron more and hardly ever get to SOS. But I don't play it hundreds of times on end. I just figured it would be like once I master Gem shot, it would be like SOS all day long and then Portal. But then I guess if it were too easy, you could adjust the set up and the settings to make it more difficult.

Ha yeah, let us know when you "master the Gem shot."

I sold my WOZ because I got frustrated with the code. I couldn't make any progress towards SOTR. I am glad though I bought the WOZ because it opened my eyes to what type of pin I actually enjoy which is the opposite of WOZ (MET). I like fast pins with easy to understand code where I feel I have a chance at making some progress.
I do like LotR while Valinor may be out of reach DTR is not impossible and feels like an accomplishment when I make it.
Quoted from pcprogrammer:You are stranded on an island with 2 stern pinball machines, which 2 would you choose?
Currently my choices would be...
MET Pro
TWD Premium
I am interested in this because eventually I want to add a 2nd Stern. I owned Star Trek Pro for 6 months and didn't like it. It was fast but the code was not satisfying. I own a MET Pro now and it will never leave, unless it is to upgrade to a premium someday. I was told when I did a factory tour at Stern that their goal is to make FAST pinball machines. After owning MET Pro I understand their approach to pinball and I really like it. Slower games don't interest me as much anymore. I need the adrenaline pumping SPEED! Long ball, quest type games do not interest me as much.
Lord of the Rings and Ripley's Believe It Or Not.
I like both themes, both are fun, deep coded games and very challenging. Everything I want in a long term home use game.
I enjoy both styles, but lean towards the story objectives like woz and hobbits. I've really been hooked on my acdc again trying to get encore. It's a great change of pace going from woz/hobbit to my acdc/Metallica. I'm really interested in aerosmith now, and possibly tspp as future pins.

If that's the case GET AN IM!
Quoted from Pneuma:The Walking Dead (Premium)
The Sopranos
You and I would get along fine irl.
Quoted from Guinnesstime:Of machines I own, Tron, TSPP.
Of machines I don't, AC/DC, TWD
Well that was a smooth way to name 4 machines.

I held back and left off rumored future pins!
