Yeah I saw him breaking the game down and pulling the playfield out..I knew It was gonna be tight. He was determined.

This was my second trip to York. 2014 being my first trip.. I live 350 miles from the fairgrounds..

Just as I did in 2014 I made a 900 mile loop. First I drove up to see Jack at JJP. We did a tour the factory, drooled over the production of a lot of Dialed In and a few Hobbit games. We looked at a few of the CE games up close. Stunning.. Jack was generous and gave us a few goodies including all day passes to Silverball in Asbury Park. What an awesome gesture. We spent the remainder of the day on the coast before making the road trip to York.

We woke up early Friday and headed to the fairgrounds. We were less than 3 miles away. I brought along a local pinball friend who had never been to a pinball show of any kind. As before the show was awesome. I met a bunch of new friends. Caught up with a few I knew from my last 6 yrs of going to pinball shows and tournaments. We purposely played games we haven't played before. I played in the tournament on Saturday. 3rd in C and 19th overall.. Picked up a megatouch from a friend for a great price. Had a great 20 minute chat with Dr Pinball. Say what you will, Bob is a great guy. Has a weird sense of humor. We had some laughs.

Many thanks to all the vendors and "flea market" folks... I missed out on a nice cheap Asteroids marquee by thinking it over for 20 mins...

Favorite pinball I haven't played before?
Gold Wings. Not sure why this machine speaks to me. Love the layout...

And Total Nuclear Annihilation is insane.. Love it!!

York has a great show. I happen to like what it offers. I will be back next year. And every year going forward... Even if the price is raised.
