Quoted from 1974DeltaQueen:Ever since the fire in 2016 and the squashing of the outdoor bbq tailgating (legally no argument or anything you could do since the Fairgrounds has rules to protect their old wooden buildings) it’s just not the same or FUN like it was. For some it was the best part of the show , grilled burgers and flea market just go together . You run a Great show run very well and I really like the laid back atmosphere.
I think that was a sad day for me too. This was part of what the show was about. I'll still support both shows but a piece of me died that day. =( RIP burgers and dogs.
