"But they said they needed a credit card number to secure the parts return, no charges were going to be put on it, If i returned the used bad part. ok I get that, so I get my bill and there's a 12.00 charge on it. great more time om the phone less time playing pinball..."

The $12.00 is their "normal" and east coast pricey shipping and handling charge-IMHO-,I have been charged that numerous,.......8 to 10 times for my little blown LED-GI boards-then I send back the blown "warranty return" part for $1.75 in one of those bubble envelopes.

It was discussed with Frank the in house rep at JJP about the credit card/shipping charge-they have been ABSOLUTELY stand up and 1st class with still getting parts covered by warranty on my now over 28 month old-early delivery 5 Volt ECLEWOZ machine, and stated that whatever it took to get my lighting issues taken care of,they were there to help and would replace every board with the re-designed buffer boards if necessary.

I now have about 8 of those LED GI buffer boards and 2 of the bigger multi-lamp PC buffer boards with up to 15 LEDS in each of them. The 1 a week blown little GI boards of a few months ago have slowed dramatically.

Good luck,Keep on flippin !! Kirk in Colorado
