I've asked repeatedly if there was a way to receive service bulletins.
Known issues by JJP only come out when owners start to compare notes and problems are inquired about which is frustrating as an owner.
I remember when my flipper bat snapped in half in the middle of game and was then informed by JJP that they no longer used those as they were prone to breaking. Ummm... would be have been nice to know. This board issue is another, the need for Mylar to prevent failure of playfields, the need to install a connector on early games for castle playfield removal and so on. The game is great but leaving customers in the dark on issues like these sucks.
