Forget about gameplay... vote based on art alone.

Ghostbusters and Iron Maiden (Zombie Yeti).

They both do great work...does everything need to be a competition?

I agree. Both have their merits and both are great in their own ways.

Zombie Yeti was the best thing to come out of the JPOP f' show. His work is the best. Donny does good to, but Zombie Yeti gets my vote in this celebrity death match.

I misread your ad. My brain read yeti vs. sparky!
My vote goes for Bigfoot!

Art Clokey FTW!

The art on GB is a home run.

#9 6 years ago

better colors on the top 2.

The caliber of these two artists is not something I feel Can be directly “compared” , rather it’s a preference of style that one gravitates towards. They both win in my opinion. Just amazing illustrators both of them, some of the most gorgeous playfields out there

I am normally a big fan of Rascals posts, but I will not vote on this subject as I love both of these artists and they are both the best thing that has happened to pinball in a while. Both have unique styles and it is impossible to choose. Competition is not always healthy and in this case this thread is toxic!

#12 6 years ago

I think he is asking 'which style of art do you prefer?', it's just, like, your opinion man.

#13 6 years ago

I'd vote, but there is no option in the poll for Ed "Big Daddy" Roth.

Both super talented.

I like that both these dudes are getting better and better every game.

#15 6 years ago

Both are great but I prefer yeti.

#16 6 years ago

To be clear the loser will be put to death.

Actually, I think these are the 4 best pinball works of art ever! They are both amazing!

No Vote.. As both are great..

Not everything all the time but competition pushes humans to excel (in business, sports etc). No doubt about it, ZY and DD are each raising the bar and I couldn't be happier about it. Great for them and great for pinball!

I'm not choosing either one. I love them both. I like each one of their styles, and I'd be happy with either guy's work.

+1

I’d rather have metallica than ghostbusters.

I’d rather have Iron Maiden than aerobeef.

So...whatever?

#23 6 years ago

Dirty Donny is my favorite artist. That being said Zombie Yeti is a RAD artist too. I have a GB and an AS so i guess i get the best of both. But if I had to choose, I choose Donny

#24 6 years ago

Man, those are 4 beautiful pins! But only one has flamin’ eyeballs and a flying skull.

#25 6 years ago

Don't forget Franchi!

Stern is killing it on art now.

Go with Pabst Can Crusher instead of Aerosmith and it's no contest - Dirty Donny!

That is beautiful. I love my Aerosmith too though.

I LOVE the art on Can Crusher, but the cans above the arch remind me of something that happened when I was in my 20's. I hooked up with this crazy+hot girl, and sometimes when she spent the night, a bunch of PBR empties would mysteriously appear in my yard. She'd casually say, "Oh, that was Joe", referring to her ex boyfriend. Apparently he'd park out front, get drunk and toss out the cans. That always made me feel a little sad. It was kind of like a redneck "Say Anything", a testament to his undying love.

Lucky to have both of them...unless we want to go back to the 'Avengers kick lady' photoshop era.
