Don't you love on the show how when they are pricing a home and a complete renovation of a house for some young couple in Waco, and she says , " We can get you this 5000 sqf single level home with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with a 3 car garage , completely renovated for $375k , what wait , WTF !
