Getting ready to take the plunge and try to remove the Mylar on my Nitro Ground Shaker. Based on what you see, do you think that's a good idea? I'm going to try the hair dryer method.

The older the game and the more flaky the playfield, the more risky the adventure.

Try it as far away from the player as possible and see where you are at.

My experience is that the planking visible at the sling continues under the Mylar. The paint has already lifted and no technique will prevent paint loss.
