Rev D. Used, super-clean, works as new.
VR3 was removed and replaced with a short jumper, per Brett at XPin, to attempt to play nicely with the power requirements of a PinSound board. Turned out not to be a power supply issue but a general Data East issue, but we left the modification in as is, and the board works absolutely as it should with that modification.

If you do use it with a PinSound board you may still need a separate power supply (or the PinSound DE Power Booster cabling) for the PinSound.
