So I've been having this issue on and off since I bought my xmen NIB years ago but now it's worse! It used to be when I first locked a ball in the magneto lock forks would come up the ball lock dots and sound would chime in the a few seconds later bam ball over, this would happen occasionally but not all the time and generally only on player one and on ball one. Now I was playing last night and I was having a similar issue but the game would go into ball search and would take hits on magneto when the shaker and night crawlers were activated! So at this time I went into the switch test screen and everything seem to be ok and there was no reason a ball shouldn't have been launched! Anyone have any clues to help me?

Yeah that's what I thought until I went into the switch test and it showed that things were ok. Ie the three trough switches were down and so was the ball 1 lock switch. I'll have another look at it again today...
