My pro has the same problem. I set the coil pulse to the soft setting. However, the slings still shoot the ball into the side of the cabinet from time to time. It will get a small amount of air from one sling at times and hit the other sling in the air. That sling will bat the ball directly into the side of the cabinet. I am going to try lower strength coils on the slings if this is not fixed in the next code. The slings are WAYYY to strong to be so close together. WAYYYYYYYYYYY too strong.
