Double check dip switches 30 and 31 on the MPU. I had a similar problem with My Six Million Dollar Man and purchased the Alltek after giving up. Powered up the new board and same thing. Went through and found a service bulletin to avoid having these switches ON. Resets and wipes memory after startup. Such a dumb thing can hold you up. If you have the manual go through each setting rather than copying the dips on the original board. Good luck!
