Pretty random set of circumstances led to this...a documentary featuring Suzanne Ciani. The producer reached out to a buddy of mine asking if there was a Xenon that could be filmed with Suzanne in the area.
I happened to have gotten this one two weeks ago. CPU was dead on it, hadn't had much attention, but playfield looked nice. Cointaker was able to rush me out an Alltek boars, and I spent a few hours doing a light shop job and replacing a TON of bulbs on this game.
We had hoped to get Suzanne out to me, but that didn't happen, so arrangements were made to bring Xenon into Modern Pinball NYC and we would film there.
I will say that it was an awesome day today. Meeting Suzanne was pretty fantastic. Great to talk to as a person, and watching her play Xenon was a special experience. My daughter was with us and Suzanne thought it was neat that she enjoys this hobby with me.
Happy ending....things worked out and Xenon is making a new home at Modern, in an arcade where she will be loved as she was originally intended.
Anyway, here are some of the pictures...
