Quoted from thierryv:

My Xenon under construction, this one will be some kind of " gold edition "

Did you make the yellow metal part on the right side above the tube or is it original? I do not have anything there on my machine. I was wondering if it was a plastic or metal in the beginning.

That's the switch cover. Chrome from factory.

Anyway to get measurements or part # as I do not see it listed anywhere.

Quoted from tomdrum:

I have a hard copy of the Bally 1980-1 parts catalog and it's not listed. Nor in the next issue 1981. Being so game specific there isn't a part number I've seen. You're best bet is a wanted ad from a parts PF. It has a paper "gasket" under the right side part as well. Meant to avoid voltage shorts I'd guess.

Thanks I have it posted and I hope others reading this will contact me as well if they have a spare.

Quoted from tomdrum:

See post # 108. I've had several Xenon's plus 2 parts playfields and they are usually missing. Not even a part number in any manual.

Wish someone with the part would post measurements. I have access to someone who could create new ones. If a owner would be willing, please send me the measurements for both parts.

Quoted from vec-tor:

If you could... cover each part with masking tape and draw around the edges and holes...
Flattin the masking tape patterns, and if he could pay for the mailing for the patterns.
That way, one has an kind of an accurate set of patterns to be fabricated.

Yes I was going to suggest the same. Even scanning the tracings would work. With the measurments and the scans, I think they could be reproduced.
Thanks for posting!

Thanks Quench (as usual) It was early in the AM with that post and I must not had enough caffeine.

Did you ever cover the parts in masking tape and make flat patterns? Would still like to have someone make these and flat patterns would be great.

Any help on what goes here? More interested in posts and hardware.

Quoted from Lovef2k:

Going by my game which is due for a restore and been sitting for years, the hole by the rebound switch gets a 2 1/16 grey spacer and a 2 11/16 #6 screw. This is for the switch cover mount. The lower hole get a 1.25 inch grey spacer and I guess a 1.75 to a 2 inch #6 screw and this is for the upper ramp mounting L bracket.

Thanks!!

Here is a picture of the general posts and rubber ring setup.
Lovef2k has posts length documentation, as noted.
