Stern may be making comparisons to the Stern vs. JJP competition, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is a form of war cry. They may not be hinting at the next game at all.

Definitely Magneto. Follow the curves of the colors. Mostly red with purple on top. That red blob with a yellow outline must be the logo. Looks great. As for the machine behind it, again, looks like part of Magneto's head. I also see what might be a silver letter on the second game behind the tall guy in the second picture. If this is so, this pretty much confirms that Stern is picking up on the silver letter style from the recent movies and will be movie-oriented in their art design. But Magneto's colors certainly look on par with his comic style representation.

You might be able to do this with limited success but unless you have the original algorithm there's nothing to reverse other than visually looking at the image and trying to line up the colors. Someone try this please!

Doesn't Stern cover the flipper buttons with the trim on their LE games too?
