In my X-men the post holes that have T-Nuts definitely seem smaller diameter than the post holes for the pointy posts. I can't see myself getting the new posts in there without some modification to the pf, did you guys just force it? Bang it in with a hammer? I am afraid...

One of my holes was definitely smaller, but not anything significant enough to need a tool. I believe it was a little extra clear around one of the holes. I gently but strongly pushed and it is fine, posts are installed and they look great.
I also put yellow star posts on the slingshots, looks nice.
