Hi,

Not too skilled with repairs so I need your help. As the title says, all lamps in column 7 are always lit solid from the moment I turn the power on. From what I've read it seems I should check for a bad transistor. Thing is I can figure out where it is. From what I understand a transistor is usually labelled Q-something, but in the lamp matrix I see Q-X only for the rows. Column 7 is labeled IC-U11. I can't find it anywhere on the board, and what looks like U-12 etc. look nothing like transistors.

Sooooo.... Now I'm completely lost. What should I look for first?
