For those that have both, how would you compare them as far as gameplay, dots, callouts, and most importantly fun factor? I know TWD LE code is not finished.......

But a Zombie pinball? That seems like a must for any collection.

Have both, TWDLE is better in every way!

#7 9 years ago

TWD feels great now. Some wizard mode polishing, stick a fork in it!

Ya. Except the layout, rules, artwork, animations, depth and trim package. But it's better in all other ways.

Watching football, I missed it on his list, still completely disagree with his opinion.

I'd switch AC/DC and MET, but close enough for me to give a thumbs up.

I really dig the dots on Twd

Gameplay I like Xmen over Twd the toys interact with the ball much better imo
Though TWD got a better bash toy.

Rules go to Xmen but it's not really a fair fight because if you look at where Xmen rules where three months past release, versus the rules on Twd now it would be a toss up.

Xmen LE is a keeper for me.
Love TWD LE also.

Keeping both

#28 9 years ago

I haven't played TWDLE BUT I really did enjoy the pro. I'd love to have TWDLE or premium in my collection even as it stands.. Although I want them all... I love my XMENLE shots are varied and hard although I think I'm in the minority because I also am really enjoying my Avengers LE that I just picked up last week!

wtf you talking about? I've had both in my gameroom for the last two months.

How am I a troll for supporting Xmen LE in a thread about xmen LE vs TWDLE? I actually think xmen LE is a fantastic game and completely disagree that TWDLE is "better in every way" - that's not being a troll.

Yes I love Xmen too. I posted that because you seem to be in every TWD thread dising it. I understand you don't like it but you don't need to repeat that discontent in every TWD thread, that's all.

I've repeatedly said TWDLE is a decent game. I'm not dissing it. This thread compares it to xmen LE and I responded to someone that claimed TWDLE is superior in every way. The other thread is about how TWDLE seems to attract players like no other game all flocking to the game. We all know that's not really true.

TWDLE is a decent game. For me the pop bumpers ruin the game. I don't hate it and don't love it. People that came over here and played it seem to like it better than I do. Maybe I'll give it another chance next year when software has matured.

Ok, I'm not going to argu with you because I love your LED kits and I don't want to risk my next order to have all pink LEDs in it (just kidding)

Poll Added. Figured TWD LE & Premium are the same for my evil purposes.

IM feeling so inadequate right now...I have Xmen Pro and TWD Pro

So how do you compare the Pro versions? I am still considering Pro over Premium.

There each as good as the other.
So you should feel fine now

#41 9 years ago

I've owned both xmen LE and xmen pro and prefer the gameplay of the pro over the LE. However, the lighting and spinning disk are awesome on the LE and almost worth the price difference there. That little novelty goes a long way in a home environment.

Can't say much for TWD as I've only played the pro but the added features don't seem like much in videos. But I hold final judgement til I play it
